then why they were so hasty in issuing AORs?
just to collect the fees?

I fail to see any reasoning for their actions or the lack thereof! :

the money my friend, OINP collected the money. Besides they have mentioned that AOR is just ticking the boxes that all documents are present in the package, then giving serial number and case number, and scan the whole thing and uploaded on the mainframe. Relax, most probably the current hush, is due to the seniors giving tutorials to the new employees. Didn't u notice they asked them to join on the 19th?!, why not 3rd October (first monday in October). My first thought was those couple of weeks would make up for the Christmas vacation ahead, then it hit me that, they obliged to give push start tutorials to those new officers before they start. Let us expect the rumble to start by next week .

I would say they're busy with seminars and coaching of the new employees

I type what I want to type and most of the time, it makes sense to people and the information in the post is probably correct and valid. So far so good!

PS: The word "Time pass" was introduced by Indians. In the western world, it is called "Passing Time".

Raj, can u crack their security firewall?, it seems doable anyhow. Yes the guy asked for my name to search for the application, he did not spell it correctly, then he asked when i submitted the app, hence he could find by date sorting (after some clicking on the keyboard).
@ Maged, not necessiraly next draw, keep an open mind to the idea of sorting 5000+ nominations over 6 to 8 months rather than cramping them up in the next three months, for sure IRCC will give them a cap share from the biweekly 1500 allotted ITAs. I am more inclined towards a flow of 300 OINP nominees per draw that (hopefully) means File numbers up to XHSW-1603000 can be taken in by next Christmas. This is of course assuming file numbers up to 1601500 are done by mid-October draw.
Mind that those speculative calculations takes into considerations that some applicants in between those numbers have been already nominated due to expiring WP and other reasons.

PNPs for sure, while other provinces are quite fast, this single province is doing nothing at all!

Oh, i checked. I did not receive it, can i request them to send it across? you think they will respond to such specific queries?

The receipt for new fee draft comes via email (it's a PDF attachment). OINP normally emails you the receipt and then sends the old DD via purolator/Aramex. Check your email account again along with the spam folder.

If it's not there then perhaps you missed receiving the receipt email.
