Yes, I know about their promises which are plenty on paper too few on delivery; but I'm not sure how will they manage that?! will they overrule the CRS pts calculated automatically by EE system? or will the extend our EE profiles validity given the pending PNP application? either way they got to work with CIC on this which AFAIK not happening
we all need to understand that decisions are not taken solely by all Provinces themselves but in accordance with CIC and I'd say that it's the CIC that decides on the number of nominations, total intake, EOI window etc.
The provinces just play the role of checking and mapping the relevant profiles that meet their criteria

If that proved true, will mean that they have no clue whatsoever how to do their jobs

They cannot guess the number of applications to be rejected or returned., so they invite more than required. But they cannot exceed the quota of giving nominations. Moreover they cannot guess how many persons are there in one application. so it becomes difficult for them also to predict anything.

Next week is the crucial week for FSW out land applicants. They still have hopes to get AOR before their DD expire or else its all waiting.

that's not prudent, you invite "exactly" as many as you need, if some didn't go through, you complement the deficit later, your don't keep "reserve applicats" so to speak, and 3 months worth of EOIs are way too many reserve. (assuming ~1000 EOI per month, so that means they have ~3000 "extra" applications??) that means the "extra" part is 60% of the target!!!! :o

They have made a simple process so complicated !

IF they assign 2 persons to receive the applications, open it and check, if they find its okay deposit the DD. send AOR. 100 applications can be handled in a day.

Inland or Outland? now this is the first thing you should tell when you write any post.

Are you sure DD is en cashed? If you are Inland than you are about to receive AOR.

they won't return it once they cash out, you may get additional docs requests however

Guys,

I just figured: they would cash out the DDs anyway; as per their last news feed, they won't return the fees anyway, so I guess they'll start cashing out all the DDs received which will be irrelevant to whether or not your application is successful

Where did you figure out this?

They said they will ask for new drafts and once they receive the new DD they will continue with the process.

quote:

The OINP will ask that a new payment be submitted within 30 days of notifying you. Your application will maintain its place in the queue. Processing will resume once the OINP receives your new payment

bcz they said they will cash out even if the application is not complete/successful even for withdraws. I'm not talking about expiring DDs, I'm talking about why would they keep the DDs on the shelves collecting dust until they expire while they can cash it?

Check again with your bank. Ask them for a proof. sometimes the banks just say the DD is en cashed. They told me my DD is en cashed on 14th march, but i doubt because all who get AOR they say their DD was en cashed just a day or two before they got AOR.

I didn't say mine is cashed

But how come you didnt get AoR yet???
I find it suspicious. Did you confirm it from bank??
