AK1285 said:Hi All! I'm an FSW Outland applicant Dec 11. This AOR is getting a toll on all of us I guess!
Just want to know 2 things:
1. Can I withdraw amount from my account while waiting because my father needs the money and thats the available liquid asset atm.
assuming by "amount" you mean POF, it's ok to withdraw from your account if you can deposit the same/higher amount later in case OINP asked another renewed POF as additional doc
2. Can I apply for US VISIT VISA meanwhile? As my family is planning on the vacation and I don't want to be Left behind of course.
visitor visa is ok, just remember updating OINP with new copies of your passport after you returned from US
Thanks
That's because you sent the docs before you get AOR. OINP is reluctant to accept additional documents before issuing AOR. I suppose it's hard for them to correlate docs to applications without file no in comparison with those assigned a file no which can be used as index. However, the reply doesn't mean that you cannot send important docs in urgent cases.patnikrishna said:Just to add, I'd visited Prague in February and sent my Schengen visa copies on the email proactively.
Got an email saying something like "Thank you, but please do not send us any information until we request you to do it"

I just sent info through emails.
Dear friend,MZASAM said:My case
I sent email to OINP;
1. Informing that I got USA B1/B2
2. While filling the OINP form which was recieved by OINP on 16 Feb 2016, inadvertently I made the following mistake.
In section D Occupation and Education (Principal Applicant Only)
Point 3. Personal and Work History (Principal Applicant Only)
(Personal and work history since the age of 18, or the past 10 years, whichever is most recent.)
I should have filled all the details from 2006 till 2016, past 10 years (all periods of study, all periods of employment and all periods of
unemployment).
IN POINT 3, I ONLY FILLED PERIOD OF EMPLOYMENT, AND MISSED TO FILL THE PERIOD OF STUDY FOR MY BACHELORS AND MASTERS DEGREE
IN POINT 6 I CORRECTLY FILLED PERIODS OF STUDY FOR MY BACHELORS AND MASTER DEGREE IN POINT 6 EDUCATION HISTORY.
Kindly advise if I can send the complete new filled form or I can send the only page 3 of the form (D Occupation and Education (Principal
Applicant Only).
The reply
"Thank you, but please do not send us any information until we request you to do it"

It seems they are going to process only CEC Inland and FSW Inland and than shift the rest to 2017 quota saying they will process all application recd.
This is what they did with 2015 quota also, they shifted the applications to 2016.
They have not given priority to CEC Inland and FSW Inland before and many applicants have lost their work permit in past.
As they have recd more than required applications (1800 in January) they cannot exceed the quota of 5500 in any case and have to maintain the same at any time. They invite more than required people because they cannot guess the rejection ratio, so once they finish their quota they dont have any other alternative than to shift the applicants to next quota, which means even 2017 quota will have half of the applications from 2016.
Its a wait game till 2018.
Still hopes never die until they officially announce what I said. Hopes will get a life only if a 10th December applicant gets an AOR simultaneously, or else waiting for them to complete all Inland people and than to start with Outlanders looks like a dream to me.
My above guess is only based on their saying they will return the DD and ask for new one to process our applications. Which means wait game is toooooo long. They would not say this if it was just a matter of a month or two.
still still waiting for one FSW outland to get an AOR........
It's unrealistic to expect it will take that long. What will they/us do if our EE profiles expire? will they consider your CRS score as of Dec 2015 or the newer CRS at DEc 2016?? does not make sense at all.melissach said:Do you think we will have to wait longer than December? Since they are only processing application from now on, I think is possible that they process ours and send the AOR and the nomination almost at the same time in nov-dec.
I was a December 14 outland applicant..... I was so close on getting my AOR
technically speaking, they can and do consider the new EE profiles if older ones expire.maged_mmh said:It's unrealistic to expect it will take that long. Yes, I know about their promises which are plenty on paper too few on delivery; but I'm not sure how will they manage that?! will they overrule the CRS pts calculated automatically by EE system? or will the extend our EE profiles validity given the pending PNP application? either way they got to work with CIC on this which AFAIK not happeningpatnikrishna said:technically speaking, they can and do consider the new EE profiles if older ones expire.
Not sure about the CRS score, I read it somewhere in the Nov/Dec threads that they did respond saying the CRS score during the app reception
will be considered as the delay is on their side ( just like the DD case ).
But I completely get your point, Dec applicant myself. Been waiting since eternity
Lets hope they start with applicants after 8th December or else I dont expect it to be before September, because our DD's will be sent back and it will take time. May be your DD is of 10th December date than if you dont get AOR before 10th June ...you will wait for three to four months. So it lets see if they give AOR simultaneously to Ouland app. also. If they can see work permit expiring why cant they see DD's expiring?melissach said:Do you think we will have to wait longer than December? If that proved true, will mean that they have no clue whatsoever how to do their jobsbestofluck said:Lets hope they start with applicants after 8th December or else I dont expect it to be before September, because our DD's will be sent back and it will take time. I strongly feel the remaining 2016 quota will be exhausted with CEC Inland and FSW Inland only. They realized the quota is limited and that's why opted to give priority to Inland applicants.
Anyway do update immediately if you get AOR , because that's the only hope we have now.
