Hi Guys,

Any of you (Dec applicants) who received AOR, received an additional document request email or a phone call?
I realized from different pages on the forum that most applicants received such an email after approx 1 moth after AOR.

You may or may not receive this type of request. It depends on case officer and what all documents you have attached. There are applicants who get a call just before they get nomination.

When you call OINP they just ask your first name and they get your details. This means all packets are opened and from your application they have entered all data. If they can do this much, why cant they deposit the DD?

The main reason for this is that they probably have to check you application and unless it is complete, they can't deposit the DD. There might be different people assigned to do different jobs. For example, one person opens packages and sorts them, another one enters data into the system, etc.

I received my AOR on 27th Apr,
I replied back to them on 28 that I have already done the WES(ECA) access to Ontario.

I didnt get any acknowledgement/reply for that email. Is this expected? or Do I have to follow up? Any idea?

I anticipate a draw on 18th May with CRS 600+ as there will be more nominations from OINP in these 2 days for CEC Inland as well as November guys/gals who received AOR in February and push them through the system. Keep them active in tax database . Post that there will be AOR for December FSW Outlanders.

I would say pray for all CEC inland applicants(Dec, Jan, and Feb) whose packages are complete to get AOR & Nomination in these 2 days. Their documentation is easy to deal with. If they are through then we FSW Outlanders will have more scope in processing through OINP/CIC.

Relax...They take 5-10 working days to reply...If you have sent online ECA then there is nothing you need to worry about. If you have sent a Hard Copy then you need to visit WES and provide OINP with online version of it.

1800 applications in January and we hardly have 60 in our tracker. They're not sitting quiet. At least, I'd like to believe so.

I went out of country (KSA for UMRAH) recently, do I have to notify and update my passport copy with OINP or should I wait for them to get back to me with AOR? If I send my updated docs at this time, will it cause any delay in my application process timings? Thanks!
