Ques 1) In March my fixed deposit matured and I made a new one with the same amount. Do I need to resubmited the POF documents? or what shall I do?

Ques 2) My Spouse's passport number is changed as the passport got renewed so How do I supply the documents again?

Will they return my application, please suggest something by your experience.

Eagerly waiting to see some FSW outland AORs next week!

Do you still have hopes on AOR to be given to FSW outland.

It seems they are going to process only CEC Inland and FSW Inland and than shift the rest to 2017 quota saying they will process all application recd.

This is what they did with 2015 quota also, they shifted the applications to 2016.

They have not given priority to CEC Inland and FSW Inland before and many applicants have lost their work permit in past.

As they have recd more than required applications (1800 in January) they cannot exceed the quota of 5500 in any case and have to maintain the same at any time. They invite more than required people because they cannot guess the rejection ratio, so once they finish their quota they dont have any other alternative than to shift the applicants to next quota, which means even 2017 quota will have half of the applications from 2016.

Its a wait game till 2018.

Still hopes never die until they officially announce what I said. Hopes will get a life only if a 10th December applicant gets an AOR simultaneously, or else waiting for them to complete all Inland people and than to start with Outlanders looks like a dream to me.

My above guess is only based on their saying they will return the DD and ask for new one to process our applications. Which means wait game is toooooo long. They would not say this if it was just a matter of a month or two.

I don't believe that FSW outland will receive their AOR in the next quota of 2017. That's because OINP has invited based on available quota. Also until mid feb they were still issuing PT. If what your saying is true how come PT was still issued?
Right processing of AoRs are still going on. They have slowed down the process because of the change in migrants policy at the beginning of the year. That being said the system set up would be prepared for any contingencies.
So December applicants will receive their AOR this year itself. As they have to complete the process in 2016.

I know that we all have gone through the calculations and predictions regarding quota and stuff but I believe what is really going on with OINP is not more than just prioritizing CEC and FSW Inland applications for processing. Ontario Immigration website clearly states they are going to process all the applications they received.

It's true they haven't made it clear how much time processing all the received applications would take, but they have already made us wait for 5 months, I believe they wouldn't bother themselves going through making us wait for another 6-7 months to get to 2017 quota, answering to our huge load of inquiries regarding the delay.

Another point is that I don't think OINP guys' work flow is so messed that they had already run out of 2016 quota while they were sending NOIs to mid Dec, Jan and Feb EE profiles.

I'm sure we're gonna see some FSW outland AORs soon, hope for the best...

I am just in the Hope that there will be new quota with changes from all other provinces. Lets see if we fit in to it.

All depends on HONEST getting AOR or return DD. IF HONEST gets a DD returned means for everyone the process is at hault for three more months.
