Well the hopes are pinged on the next draws but the latest CIC draw totally demotivated me (cutoff was at 534).
This particular draw was for CEC inland applicants. May be next 2-3 as well but later on CIC has to bring down the score. So keep your hopes alive.

I believe that once quota will be filled then they gonna put rest of the applications on hold till next quota announcement. They will reject only those applicants which are not eligible. For now they are only Concentrating on Tax paying Inland CEC applicants.
Bruh, if that was true then where is AOR for me and other inland applicants? We are on the same boat.

@bestofluck: to have $1500 in spare is still not possible for all inland applicants, either. I can understand what you are feeling now. But think it this way, if this thing comes through you will come to canada, if not you are still at your place. For inland applicants, they have spent lot of money in fees, plus they are in Canada and paying taxes. If this thing doesn't get through for inland applicant, they need to pack all the stuff and go back home. I hope this might explain more without being rude.

You know the answer then why you didn't get AOR yet.
According to me, Canada needs more and more skilled immigrants I.E. FSW outland than already valid work permit visa holders.

But, as of now they are concentrating on CEC applicants who have visa expiration problem. I hope your friends get
AOR soon.

I think it takes time for them to open that many the packages and identify all application with expiring work permit... but looks like they are trying to help once they identify any.

Oh thanks for that shade of light. Who said the inland applicants are not skilled? Not to mention, inland applicants (like me and my buddies) already have fulltime job and we know that struggle that all the immigrant will face coming here. So good luck with according to you excuse.

And thank you on behalf of my friends.

I didn't say that you're unskilled. You took it otherwise.

I meant that Canada needs skilled workers from outside first than considering exisitING people who're already working on valid visa, to fulfill their commitment's to bring more immigrants.

I'm too working in England and I know how difficult it is to get settled in new country.

Don't take it personal. :)

1400 candidates whose score is more than 450-470 is registering in every 14 days. CIC is picking 700-900 candidates only. There is good inflow of candidates. I don't think score drops below 450.

IF you're already on a work permit, there's no way for your employer to assist you with LMIA instead of waiting for PNP?

That's true, below 450 isn't practical. That guy stands at 451.

You know how tough it is to get LMIA. My employer said keep that as a worst case scenario. Plus not all employers will provide LMIA.

Also, the rejection rate in LMIA is higher as well.
