The latest PoF statements, 12 months salary slips may again delay the process. Again we need to visit the bank, approach the HR for 12 months salary slips, courier charges. The HR will raise eyebrows, and question why we need ....

As for the HR, tell them you are applying for a housing loan or a credit card and the bank/housing finance company is asking for it. There will be no courier charges involved as we need to scan and attach them to the document-request-email that ONIP will send us. As for bank visit, that's something unavoidable .

Bigger concern is, OINP workflow needs at least 90 days post-Aor to issue nomination under NORMAL workload. Right now, they have overwhelming workload. They are government, they cannot by-pass any of their process just to expedite the processing, plus they have to give prioritity processing to CEC & expiring WPs. Also, the expiring drafts , need for updated POFs/Salary slips/duplicate ECA will slow them down. And to further rub salt to our wounds, Ontario say they don't work in Dec-Jan.

Bottom line, nomination for Dec. & onward applicants may take lot more time then what we are estimating.

In case the OINP asks for new DD, do we need to send only the DD or do we need to other docs also, eg. updated salary slips etc.?

Just send them what they are asking, in this case updated draft. You may order duplicate ECA upfront .For rest other documents, wait for them to ask as their requirement will vary from case to case

Well DigitalDesitny is quite right and hope they do no extend the nomination to next year.


But for additional Doc request, I dont think Everyone will get Additional Document request. They have send the request to akhil5293 because he is CEC and they need the assessment copy ( tax papers) for the year he claimed points. In his case it was 2013-2104. CEC has not to show funds so this becomes a major factor for them.

for FSW, those who have job shown between 1-2 years may get additional documents request. Rest is OINP never predictable.

Akhil5293 a 29th December applicant got Additional documents request means most of the December Applications are in assessment phase and very soon we will be receiving the same mail. Good luck to all.

Few weeks back, OINP returned a package (with no option to resubmit) because page number on a single blank passport page was not readable.

To answer you, all 12 salary slips would need to be translated, notarised, signed, stamped etc. etc. . It's not worth taking a risk with OINP.

yes you need to translate all. Alternately, you may get a Statement of salary on one paper from HR so that you have to translate only one. Include month wise salary paid for the whole year.

To authorize WES to share the results of your ECA report you must order a duplicate of your ECA report at: https://www.wes.org/ca/apply/xcopycic.asp. You must also ensure that “Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program, MCIIT” is indicated as the recipient of the report.

If you have any specific questions about how to provide authorization to share your ECA results with OINP, please contact WES directly.


How I suppose to do that and how much it's gonna cost me ??

this is the reason your AoR is delayed, they won't release your AoR until they have access to your ECA

We observe its average 170-180 days or more to get AOR. OINP workflow, should have reminded the OINP to issue AOR in 90 days. Similar situation for NOM's Applicants are waiting for NOM's for 7- 8 months and more.

Right now, they have overwhelming workload. "Due to mismanagement " all applicants are suffering delays

"Ontario say they don't work in Dec-Jan." Where in the world a government institution has Dec-Jan 60 days vacation? Very strange.

we are waiting on a platform for a train to come. If we lean down the track and see thousand times, the train will not come early. ( but chances of accidents arise). so wait on the platform and let the train come. The noise (forum) will tell us it is arriving.

Wow! I thought they just check if supporting docs are included in the package to send the AOR. Didn't know they look into that level of detail before sending AOR. Some countries encash check first before even checking if the application is filled completely, let alone looking into completeness of supporting docs.
