Hi Guys, its nice to see this forum active..

I just got my AOR, Dec 30th Applicant - CEC.

Can some one answer my below queries

1)I can see people are talking about Case Officer Initiala? Not sure from where you got that?

2)In My AOR, I have Case# and File#. But, In my Receipt the given File# is similar as Case# in AOR? Is this how you guys have?

3)I did not get any additional documents request in AOR, I see people are talking about ECA. Do I need to request WES for duplicate ECA or shall I wait till OINP ask for one.

Congrats. ECA for those people who don't have Canadian Degree.

@IAMFINE Congratulations.

It's totally fine for not getting extra document request. Also, in my AOR receipt i have file number which is actually my case number. Nothing to worry here.

Also, if you see the subject line, there should be some initials at the end of it. that can be your case officer!

1, in the subject line of the AOR email that you received from OINP. towards the end in braces . some people get it and some people dont get this. its fine.
2, yes it is that way for me as well and most likely for everyone as well.
3. its preferrable to send a request to ECA to make a copy available to OINP. OINP has been requesting for the same from nov and dec applicants even though the update on the OINP site was dated 11th jan 2016. You might get request for additional documents in future and its that way until you receive the nomination.

Finally, Just now got the AOR !!!!!!

There is just 1 PDF attached in the email. No DD receipt. I have been asked to re-send the DD.

Yes they do. Normally they call up the applicant, but in many cases they have called up the employers. Please brief your HR of the company to what should be replied when called. Ask him to reply to the point and only what is asked for.

My EE profile and IELTS scores will expire on July 6. I will recreate a new EE profile as soon as I receive my new CELPIP scores. How should I go about to inform OINP with these updates?
