yeah, I confirmed with OINP before filling application form. They asked me to mention N/A if there's no surname in passport.

previously they use to return the application if not written N/A. Even I did a mistake not writing N/A, but they are liberal now to such things. Also give +1 to prashant , he also said the same thing.,

Actually both .. It was personally dropped by brother , so ya it was dropped and received on dec 30.

Usually, such reports come out on the basis of provided information. As you didn't mention your last name, the auto field has popped-up. This is not at all worrying situation.

You can just write an email to OINP and ask about its meaning to avoid useless tension.

When you said photocopies of the front and back of info pages ....did you mean the bio page as in the plastic page ?

And also did you put N/A in all of the blank fields in your form ?
