Some people facing this issue. The issue is getting resolved when your test is getting completed. So wait for it. If you are really desperate you can raise a webform. For Technical issues calling IRCC is of no help. If you completed the test iPad would not be an issue. The only issue I know is Chrome on iPad is not supported for Citizenship test.

yes it is normal, no need to worry
 
I just check on my application tracker the citizenship test shows still in process. But I gave the exam last week.
when will it be updated usually
 
Its been more than a week. I gave my test on ipad via Safari, was that will be the problem. Getting very worried.
Don't worry, I will say give it a couple of days more. You have the confirmation email with your temporary result right?

Nope, no confirmation email. I think I’ll try to contact them today.

Maybe because I am outside of Canada, thats why its taking so long to process my application??

Hi @ZaraSamina , try giving them a call in a couple of days if it didnt get updated. I am outside of Canada too, and my test results got updated. I took the test on Apr 4th..I saw the update on my tracker on Apr 7th (the original update on the timeline graph was Apr 5th). Did you get the option to email the result to yourself at the end of the test?

Alternatively, the email which we had to send for taking the test outside Canada, I think they were pretty responsive. So maybe, you could drop them an email, with your UCI and application number and test date?

No, I didn’t. I feel so stupid now, I got so excited when I passed my test that I did click email or print section just existed the test. I hope there is no problem. I’ll contact them in few days.

There is no problem if you did not email or download the result. It's just for your reference and have no bearing on your test completion.
