Get on the phone with IRCC and insist on speaking with someone. Even if your application was incomplete (meaning no AOR), there would have been some communication from IRCC. No communication at all is strange.

Looks like Dec 2022 applicants starting to gradually getting LPP completed.
Let's hope for the best before this April ends.

Iam flying to overseas this weekend until early June. Hopefully by the time I get back, I will be ready for the oath.
