For me i m still waiting for COPR/ PPR
The last thing I received was the pre-arrival letter in June 1,2022.

I'm still waiting for my notes (submitted 5 days ago) but I went with this site: https://getgcmsnotesbuddy.com/ It costs $20 and comes with steps to follow-up in case of delays past the 30 days...

Why didn't you apply directly to IRCC through ATIP here: Access to Information and Privacy (ATIP) Online Request (apps.gc.ca)?

Costs $5 bucks. Doubt if these third party sites can get it any faster, they most likely just put in a request through ATIP themselves on your behalf. I've requested GCMS notes twice this year. One came after a month and another after two months, it's really at their discretion these days.

I did too but it's been 4 months since. I did also apply myself and still waiting for those as well. This procedure has made me desperate in some ways. So I figured why not.

OK, thanks for the excel sheet. Really appreciate it. Btw any news about your application at SGVO?

Nothing yet. Got a ghost update on October 31 after almost 25 days. Hopefully something is happening.
Did see some people get ppr from our time-line. Fingers crossed

Hi there.
I'm a newbie here. So what PFL means?
Procedural Fairness Letter. It means that there is some kind of lack of information/misrespresentation/suspect of non-authenic relationship ...etc in the applicaiton. So if a response to the PFL does not provide satisfying explination to the agent, then the application will be refused.
Most of the time, we suggest ppl to seem help from lawyers if it gets to this stage.

Since you said your timeline is pretty much the same as the member that you responded to, I just want to know if you got the PFL as well as that other member.

I got a lot of ghost updates but it stopped and have not heard anything since the 26th of Oct.

Are the Pre-arrival and the COPR done in the applicant's visa office or is it done in Canada?

I do not know what to think

Spousal Outland Paper file
Application sent to Sydney, NS
Application received: 10th Dec 2021
AOR: 5th March 2022
Received an AK to confirm I have passed sponsorship eligibility: 24th March 2022 and the documents were sent to the VO in Sri Lanka.
Received another AK from the VO in Sri Lanka: 13th April 2022
Did not require biometrics as it was done in 2019.
Medical Request: 4th May
Medical updated to passed: 16th of May

Eligibility and Background on the IRCC website says "In process" but on the new tracker profile it says "Not started"

It has been months and I have not recieved an update

Been getting a lot of ghost updates each week but since last week I have been receiving ghost updates regularly.

Same with me, got GU on October 31. Seems like SGVO was busy on that particular date :D.
Coz we have the same VO, let's keep each other updated.

Thanks for the explanation. I didn't know that he got PFL at the time I responded to him.
Btw I didn't get the PFL. Perhaps I just have to wait and be more patient :)
