Procedural Fairness Letter. It means that there is some kind of lack of information/misrepresentation/suspect of non-authentic relationship ...etc in the application. So if a response to the PFL does not provide a satisfying explination to the agent, then the application will be refused.
Most of the time, we suggest people to seem help from lawyers if it gets to this stage.
Since you said your timeline is pretty much the same as the member that you responded to, I just want to know if you got the PFL as well as that other member.

Btw I didn't get the PFL. Perhaps I just have to wait and be more patient
