Have just received the sixth Ghost Update. Still no sight of PPR!
Yeah mate. I recently got 3, but nothing in return. Guess the children of the IRCC officers are playing with our applications throwing us several GUs :p

Dear members who have received PPR request. Kindly share your experiences for passport sending to vfs.
As some of us trying to book courier service and getting no response from vfs. Sincy many days. Which is frustrating.
Yeah... we kept asking him to send the payment link. VFS turned back after 5days. This afternoon we got the reply. That too with a incorrect mobile number. It's really frustrating, but we have to wait for the mail. Reply to the same email(ticket no) each time.

Hello everyone,
I am trying to change my address through a web form, but there was no change reflected. The IRCC call rep asks me to send a webform to CIO Sydney.
There a picklist at the very start to select (Change of contact information) to change the address do I need to select this or PR(applied online) this option, Which option to select maybe last time my option was incorrect.

Is there a way to contact a specific VO, my application is at CIO Sydney about the change of address? @legalfalcon can you help me with this address change?

When you send a webform use it as follows:

Dear @legalfalcon , again I am seeking your help i.e. My child's passport is expiring in next 6 months and COPR / Visa also expiring with in next 6 months. I have sent passport for renewal:

- do I require to inform IRCC as well once I receive reissued passport?
- Any impact of passport renewal on Stamped Single Entry Visa (PR)?
- Any change required in COPR?

Kindly help. Thanks a lot for all of your support.

- do I require to inform IRCC as well once I receive reissued passport?
No, even if you renew you PP, any valid visas on the expired passport remain valid.
- Any impact of passport renewal on Stamped Single Entry Visa (PR)?
No, see above.

- Any change required in COPR?
No change required. Your expired passport will be cancelled, and will be returned to you along with a new one. When you travel, make sure you carry both the passport, the expired with a valid visa and the renewed one.

Dear @legalfalcon

Would appreciate if you could answer this question.
"Hi everyone,

We had a newborn addition to the application. Medicals were requested for her on Dec 14.
AOR Dec 27, previously medicals done in October 2019.

Today I have got another medical request for myself and the other child (who was on the initial application).
But no medical request for my wife?
Is this normal practice?
@legalfalcon your opinion much appreciated.

Thank you."

Hello everyone.
I have a concern about my PR request. I have not attached my IELTS and TEF certificates to my request.
Can this have any impact on the outcome of my case?

To date IRCC has not requested additional documents in this regard. Can I think that the verification will be done in another way?

I admit that it was by browsing the posts on this forum that I understood that the language tests (TEF and IELTS) were attached to the file under the education heading. The term "personalized list" had given me confidence. All the more so since I had replied to a letter of interest from Nova Scotia expressly specifying to attach the language certificates.
I also imagine that it is the stress of the extraordinary processing time and the silence of IRCC that this worry grows and troubles me.
Thanks for understanding and a bit of clarification will be welcome.

I will request my GCMS notes next week.

Thanks for the replies.
Warm regards!

Same here, my AOR was Dec 23rd 2019 so 1-year anniversary of the PR application already (even though we have 366 days this year). How about your eligibility, security, and criminality status?
All passed since May'2020

You can become stress-free by simply sending the TEF and IELTS certificate through a webform. Its advisable to send them proactively.
PS: I hope you have sent your educational certificates too along with the ECA report.

Have your medicals expired?
Yes,
We were family of 3, did our medicals on Oct 18, 2019.
Oct, 2020 (mid) - child is born
Oct, 2020 (end) - Sent the request to add the newborn child
November 17, 2020 - request for child's documents to be uploaded was generated in the online application.
November -17, 2020 - update in the profile which said medicals passed on Nov 17, 2020,
December 13, 2020 - uploaded the additional required docs (including the updated POF using webform)
December 14, 2020 - Had a newborn child added to the application. Medicals for her were requested on the same day.
December 22, 2020 - Medical report request for myself and the other child, but not for my spouse.

Overall, I have 3 medical request letters in my profile but nothing for my wife.
I have sent an inquiry through the webform. I assume they will get back to me after the holidays.
Just thought you might have an idea what's going on.

In most cases if your medicals were about to expire or have expired, they are sent for reassessment to the regional medical officer who makes a determination to extend them to ask for remed.

If could be the case that your spouse's medicals may have been extended.
