I have talked to them about country of residence field over phone and they didn’t see this field like I do - He just said to me that my address is Canadian as per his records. I tried submitting address proof over webform and they said they already have my Canadian address on their records.I have my Canada home address for address section too and country of residence is my home country. So I guess that's why I haven't heard from them... I really hope international travel opens soon. Or I could try to call them (but they never respond lol).
It's a good guess though. But they also know I have applied an extension to my visa, which means I am in Canada.
I am thinking may be I can take a screen shot of country of residence field, highlight it and submit in webform for update.
