When does the status in the portal gets updated(approved) or counterfoil generated, is it after the Passport is dispatched or before the passport is dispatched?

I have submitted my passport for stamping to IRCC NDVO. Since Dec 30 the status shows "Under Process" no updates after that. Did anybody get any further update after the status "Under Process" since Dec 30?

Same here I too received PPR from NDVO on Nov, 21. First time when I contacted VFS to get details of 2-way courier service within couple of hours they responded later I provided all the required details to initiate courier service by providing payment link there after it's been more than a week...
