I have my Canada home address for address section too and country of residence is my home country. So I guess that's why I haven't heard from them... I really hope international travel opens soon. Or I could try to call them (but they never respond lol).

It's a good guess though. But they also know I have applied an extension to my visa, which means I am in Canada.

I have talked to them about country of residence field over phone and they didn’t see this field like I do - He just said to me that my address is Canadian as per his records. I tried submitting address proof over webform and they said they already have my Canadian address on their records.

I am thinking may be I can take a screen shot of country of residence field, highlight it and submit in webform for update.

@legalfalcon , I need your opinion on my application. I called IRCC, the agent told me that my application is approved on 2nd July and everything is passed. But nothing changed in my profile.
What is happening to file. Why officer is taking time?

You will see a change on your profile only when the COPR issued. Until you send your passport and your COPR and PR visa is generated (of you are not from a visa exempt country), then your MyCIC account will show in progress.

Only after you have been issued a COPR, will your MyCIC status change and you will see your visa / copy number.

Hi December 2019 AORs!
Has anyone's file moved from CIO, Sydney to NDVO in last two-three weeks?

I'm not sure when my file got transferred to NDVO. For the very first time, I raised a webform once the 6 months estimated processing time got over and later I received a response in that they had mentioned my file is currently located at NDVO and insisted me to raise a webform directly to NDVO to inquire about the current status of my application. There after I raised a webform directly to NDVO in reply I got a generic response.

I requested for GCMS notes on 1st July and received it on 16th July. Please help me to understand the information.

The latest notes mentioned is from the date 6th February.

But I see an update from 16th January stating that "Existing UCI eligibility showed as failed prior to promotion". On the same date, I got an ADR for RCMP fingerprint police certificate. Is the comment due the the ADR?

Please help me understand the information provided.

Looks like your POF document is not legible. You have met the Eligibility requirements but the RR is because of this. You can proactively address this and then follow up my requesting your GCMS notes. Since you are inland you can request your GCMS notes for free

What does "Existing UCI eligibility showed as failed prior to promotion" mean? This was prior to the latest update.

I didn't submit the Balance Certificate at the time of AOR, so this may be due to that. Should I submit the Balance Certificate for my AOR date or present date?

About the UCI comment; was there a prior visa application involved? UCI numbers don't change once assigned for any visa application (study, work, etc) and the comment possibly is related to a system conflict.

Yes, there were 2 applications involved, study permit and work permit.

Please let me know if I should submit the Balance Certificate with my AOR date or present date?

Ok that makes sense then about the UCI error. As for the POF docs submitted initially were illegible so do follow up with a clear copy of it and also send a current copy of the balance certificate.

Ask NDVO about final decision on your application and if you are ready for travel the mention that too...they should atleast know people are eagerly waiting to start their PR journey!
