Hi Guys,

I don't have my IELTS copy or original and I gave the test in 2013. What do I need to do?

Did you or do you attend a secondary or post-secondary program in English or French?
The program can be in or outside Canada.

If you did, send a copy of proof that you completed or are attending a program with your application. Proof can be your:

• diploma
• transcript
• certificate

Your proof must be in English or French. If it’s in another language, you must also send a certified English or French translation. The translation should show that the language of instruction of the program was English or French

I have submitted the application in December 2018 and waiting for the Test. They have accepted the application. I was wondering if I need the IELTS results while appearing for the test.

Ceremony invite on 29 November for a ceremony on 11 December 2019! I will become a citizen almost exactly 5 years after I became a PR and 8 years after I applied for PR and started this very long adventure. Relieved it's almost over!

It depends on how busy is the local office. So yes.

Hubby finally went to the ceremony yesterday and he is a Canadian citizen!

I did contact the IELTS folks. They said they keep TRF which are valid only for two years and not more. I did see someone else reply to my post that the copies should be okay so am going to go in with my fingers crossed.

How did you test on .. Thursday go?
All okay with IELTS copy?
