i met my best friend in 2011 when i was still married . i got divorced in 2013 and got married to my best friend in 2015. my question is on the form which say when did you meet your spouse can i put 2011 and will this not be conflicting since i was still married in 2011

Yes, it's ok to put 2011 as when you first met your spouse. I don't think there is anything wrong with this scenario at all, as long as the actual relationship started after you separated from your previous spouse. I'm not even sure CIC cares about that, as long as your relationship with the current spouse is genuine, continuing, and legal in Canada.

You shouldn't have any issues with that at all. My spouse and I met when we were both technically still married to other people and because of financial/custody issues his divorce wasn't finalized until the day before married. It didn't seem to cause any red flags because my application was approved in 6.5 months.
