Dude your category is already capped. So no point wasting time on being hopeful. My cousin's 0112 application was sent back on 4 March because of cap. Just because you applied through some A list lawyer doesn't change the reality.

As mentioned in my earlier posts, I applied under two different NOC's as I wasnt sure abt my first application matching 80% duties as listed under applied NOC on HRSDC site. I was confident abt the second app. Now I have received PER for both applications and I want to pull back one.

* Please let me know if it safe to pull back one app after receiving PER. Will LVO redo the NOC check or now its only background and security check from hereon.
* How do I proceed with this request. Do I need to call CIC or send them an email.

Who the f*** are you to tell anyone to leave the forum or whatever crap dude. It is an open forum, aimed at helping people, you find it hard to digest the truth, ignore. There would be people pinning their hopes on their file receiving PER when the truth is something different. If you think rather than sharing experiences that may enable someone to focus on Plan B or C when FSW has been deemed complete can be termed as Stupid Lies, , I believe you got some serious issues with yourself. Calling names and adjectives on an open forum while explicitly reflecting someone's loss may be your gain, just reflects your sadistic attitude.

the agony for 30.31. dec applicants continues and from my point of view is getting worse everyday...

I know I've said before that the best way to cope with this situation is to hope for the best but prepare for the worst,
but hoping is not going to change the reality of the shortage of beyond 29.dec charging...

all I want is for the cic to finally tell us the truth (by an announcement or by an agent answering the well-known phone number) whether we are definitely out or not and put an end to this misery...
