Any applicants who submitted on Dec 30 and 31st has been charged?
I am worried now..my application date is Dec 31 and my cc was not charged yet.
Today I saw in the forum that, Dec 23 applicant file has been returned due to the overall cap of 25,000 has been reached. Any one has clear idea on this? Please advise..

Bro. u should not worried ..hope for the best,, if 23 Dec applicant is returned then why the applicants of 24, 29 December are being charged..
So think positive and hope for the best .. Individual caps may be there but overall cap is not confirm..

wait till end of march as the situation will be clear by then.....be positive...have faith....till today there is no concrete evidence of overall cap....good luck to all waiting for charging & PER.....including me

file has been returned back on 25th feb received today reason is 2281 capped filled.

Hi I tried to call this number from viber and hangout but free call is not available. So I think this number is not viber or hangout included.
