Sad News. I am also from 2281 category and application was submitted on 29 Dec 2014, now looking forward for EE. Meanwhile can you confirm if CIC confirmed the reason of rejection as Quota Capped/Filled. When I checked with my consultant she told she is not aware.

Very low. Just if you have a serious desease or you don't provide any document asked for your VO, like a POF.

I just received my application from CIC today. The reason for return is not even about NOC 2172 being full or capped.

Here's the summary:

"Your application was received after the maximum of 25,000 complete Federal Skilled Worker was reached".

PS - I am not writing to contradict anybody because I haven't been following the thread. I am only writing so that people whose CC hasn't been charged can call CIC, make inquiries about their application and start planning for PLAN B before that is also full as well. I didn't even know some folks had applied for SINP and the likes on Jan 1st 2015, if I knew I could have done that as well. There are so many PNP options, start conducting your research so you don't apply late like the FSW2014.

hello dear seniors. I really need help!

here is my timeline

app received date : dec 29, 2014
mode: CC
NOC: 3233

I called cic 3 times and they all gave me the same info that they attempted 3 times to charge my app last mar 12 but it failed. Thereafter, i immediately called my bank and asked for explanation why the charging did not went through. The bank denied that there were no attempts from CIC to charge my card.

I called again CIC to asked help about this issue. I reiterated that the card details that I gave are correct. I asked if I can give them another card but he replied that I should email CIC directly. I just wonder, they respond messages in email as long as 1 month and by that time my app will already by returned to me.

Please, I really need suggestions to what should I do. This is very critical at this point. I am begging for your knowledge about this one.

Did you check with bank some cards are block for international online charging.
