Same as yours - 29th of Dec. My Visa office is also CPC-Ottawa.

Just got confirmation from CIC that my application was returned yesterday March 4th reason being NOC2172 is capped. I am writing this so the people still in doubt can believe. I advise that everyone awaiting charge for Dec 29th and co should call CIC, I think they just updated their system...

Thanks. You said the agent said all applications after Dec 10th were returned back for NOC 2172? Can you please verify that this information is for NOC 2172 and not for NOC 2281? Well, you can apply for EE with high CELPIP scores and continue to pray to God.
