SINP Express Entry Quick Question about Federal Forms

Please I have two questions about filling the federal forms for the SINP Express Entry Category.

For the Generic Application Form for Canada, what do I fill under these 2 fields:

1 *Program under which you are applying
Do I put Economic?

2 *Category under which you are applying
Do I put provincial nominee?

For the Schedule A Background/Declaration form:

10 Government Positions:
I presently work on a full time permanent for a government agency in Canada, do I need to fill this part or write NONE?
