The December 15th and 29th DDs are not typos, they were drawn on Royal Bank of Canada locally so they were en-cashed instantly

29th december looks to be error by the person. Because person has two entries in excel sheet and second entry which is the lates by the same person he has corrected that his DD is not encashed. search for below profile by filtering the excel sheet

Some stats from the latest download SS:-

Total December applicants as per SS:- 533 (as registered till 4th Feb SS update)

Already got charged / encashed Decemberr applicants: 28

Applicants got charged / encashed are in the period of 1st december till 12th december.
[one exceptional case is 15th december DD and 29th december may be a mistake or typographical error]

165-applicants still not charged / encashed. in same period of 1st dec till 12th dec.

Out of these not charged or encashed 75-are DD. So it makes sense that these canadidates will receive report of encashement at a later stage via their bank.

But still if we remove these 75-out of 165, there are balance 90-applicants with CC waiting for charging in period of 1st dec till 12th december.

Awesome stats George. Am also amongst the 90 waiting for CC to be charged. If there is a rejection for application reaching 12th, do you think I should have received it by now? I sent the empty return envelopes a day afte. The main application. Called up CIC and asked what would happen. they said they will not return for envelopes. Just worried a bit now.

Seems cic is slowing down possibly because of the volume of december applications. Last month they covered last week of october to first week of december applicants.

Dear December Friends,

I know some of you may think that i am being bit over reacting or rushing things. but i would like to just give a heads up for the December people who got their CCs charged that the last PER was received by the 12th Nov applicant.

I was just surfing through the November applicants thread and found that they also follow up on getting the PERs according to the application date and its true that i can see a small trend there.

As mentioned above, the last one got PER was on 12th Nov and let's keep eye on this trend as our turn is not so far but three weeks ahead maximum or may be even two...haha

Last but not least, December applicants!! don't be worried because if your application has to be returned to you, it would have been already returned to you by now...cos according to our analysis, the completeness check is done for all the December applicants by now and its just that they are charging your CCs these days.

So guys, Keep calm and check your credit cards / DD for encasement

As explained in my above post, I am keeping track on the November applicants who are receiving PERs now. As for today the latest update is 12th Nov applicant got his/her PER.

Hope all our December friends' CCs get charge ASAP and We will be soon waiting to receive our PERs

Hi Seniors,
I'm a bit worried.
WES was taking longer than expected so I sent my complete file including envelope ( envelope had name and address following the FSW guidelines ) to my relative in Toronto and gave her address to WES to deliver my ECA to save time. Due to Xmas rush UPS delayed to deliver my parcel on time even though I have chosen express shipping. It reached in Canada on 24 the Dec & she posted that on the same day. But the courier service placed my envelope (has my name and address ) into a new envelope and it didn't have my name and address on it, had their instead. I went into labour on the same day so I actually couldn't check on it. Found it after I came back from the hospital. Please review my situation and tell me if its going to be a reason to get my file back.
