I called CIC yesterday to make an enquiry about my application submitted Dec 14 NOC 1114 CC and yet to be debited,the agent said I should wait for at least 10 weeks from the day of submission before she can tell me anything about the application. She insist that UCI cannot be given via phone.
I assumed that they collected a lot of applications in December . The volume is more than November applications that is while the pace of CC / DD changing is a bit slow for December applicants

Anyway I just want to share this I am still expecting that we will be charged soonest.

Like the above post, i notice lot of December applicants who haven't got their CCs charged yet are quite desperate and some of them looks frustated here.

Guys, let me tell you this.

There are only 2 reasons to get your application rejected at the initial stage before the CC get charge.

1.Application is not complete (Applicant haven't provided all the necessary documents according to the checklist)
2.NOC cap is full.

By looking at the trend and after analyzing all the information published in all the treads around, It seems clearly that the completeness check for all the December applicants are done already.

Cap limit for the applications are also checked along with the completeness check.

Therefore if you haven't got your application package returned to you by now....that means you all are in the safe zone and all you got to do is to sit tight and be patient.

Everyone will hear the good news of their CCs charged very soon.....and this will be over by two more weeks maximum.

Till then just keep calm guys.

Does the CC charging happen immediately after the completeness check is done, or is there a lag? If there is a lag, how long? Because they might have just finished the completeness check 4-5 days ago for my application, and, for all I know, my application is winging its way back to me now. So, if you have information on the lag between completeness check and charging of credit card/ DD, please do share. Anxiously waiting.

hmmm, good new, what about NOC's not getting charged since last week of Oct-14 , (specially NOC 1111)

Some stats from the latest download SS:-

Total December applicants as per SS:- 533 (as registered till 4th Feb SS update)

Already got charged / encashed Decemberr applicants: 28

Applicants got charged / encashed are in the period of 1st december till 12th december.
[one exceptional case is 15th december DD and 29th december may be a mistake or typographical error]

165-applicants still not charged / encashed. in same period of 1st dec till 12th dec.

Out of these not charged or encashed 75-are DD. So it makes sense that these canadidates will receive report of encashement at a later stage via their bank.

But still if we remove these 75-out of 165, there are balance 90-applicants with CC waiting for charging in period of 1st dec till 12th december.

Whereas there are total of 343-applications in period of 15th december till 31st dec.

Nice Info, +1 to you. My application received at CIC on 31st Dec, What do you think my application completeness check would have been done? and my application would either be waiting for charging or would it have been returned by now if its incomplete? What do you say?

From the information i gathered from the older posts in other threads, the CCs are NOT charged immedeately after the completeness check. There is a gap between the completeness check and the CC charge.

You can follow this by looking at the CCs getting charged according to the Application received date in CIO.

The NOC cap is not really traceable as they took out that webpage after they launch EE.

Anyway....just follow the forum here and keep eye on the CCs getting charged according to the Application received date at CIO and if your date is passed and still your CC didnt get charged, wait for 7 more working days and you may call CIO and inquire.
