Actually no one can understand what is going on in terms of NOC 4011. Most probably 22/23 october applicants have got their PER in the Mid January. after that no news..shejbah said:that means, its not a good news for NOC-4011...

Moreover, Confusing situation is that CIC's latest update mentioned 330 applications were pending (i.e. MI review was not completed). I don't know they charge of applications before or after MI review. Still now they should have 187 blank positions (as 483 complete applications plus 330 pending applications equal to 813). Logically, they should charge of the end of October and November Applicants also.
May be I am wrong and I hope we all will be in the cap.
Best regards
Sorry to hear the information about your NOC. Really I am surprised and it is really a mystery that why so many applicants of your NOC has not been charged yet. Whereas the December applicants turn has come already. As already shared by someone on the forum and as has been circulated in the news on some of the websites that due to so many errors by CIO/CIC staff in the processing of applications of October/and some of November applications there is tight review being done. But these news are only rumors but it might be true as well because CIO/CIC is not an audit free department. Even in one case CIO refunded back the amount to one of the candidate whose CC they charged. Because he was charged despite of incomplete documents.areva said:Let's pray for hearing good news from our NOC
Hello!!managersonline said:No it will not make any difference, as far as you have applied for FSWP2014, then just CIO/CIC/VO will simply follow the MI(ministerial instructions) to anlyse your application irrespective of applicant is in Canada or outside Canada. Only thing that will matter will be points and fullfilling criteria set under MI/IRPA. That's it. No special treatment is given to candidates residing in Canada.

Hello!!
You seem very very informed, you are the prefect person to answer this question: do you think that what really makes fast the whole process is being a.. "steady" person, I mean if you have only lived in one country, with only one job for the last 10 years, no travels, never divorced, same address...?
Hahaha, +1 for a nice joke (if only you could tell me how to rank your posts, I'm a newbie)desertfox said:An over-suspicious visa officer might think if this person hasn't changed address, job, or spouse for 10 years and never travelled abroad,
then this guy must have applied by mistake, he/she isn't going to leave home country ever!
I m joking for certain!
Yes, theoretically this should expedite processing
