But charging of NOC 4011 has been stopped from the end of October... :'( :'( :'(
that means, its not a good news for NOC-4011...

I also can't understand is charging going by turn. First in first out or by NOC. My NOC is 5125 which is a cold slow NOC. If this is right I think I would have been charged since a while :(

Actually no one can understand what is going on in terms of NOC 4011. Most probably 22/23 october applicants have got their PER in the Mid January. after that no news.. :(

Moreover, Confusing situation is that CIC's latest update mentioned 330 applications were pending (i.e. MI review was not completed). I don't know they charge of applications before or after MI review. Still now they should have 187 blank positions (as 483 complete applications plus 330 pending applications equal to 813). Logically, they should charge of the end of October and November Applicants also.

May be I am wrong and I hope we all will be in the cap. :)

Best regards

Sorry to hear the information about your NOC. Really I am surprised and it is really a mystery that why so many applicants of your NOC has not been charged yet. Whereas the December applicants turn has come already. As already shared by someone on the forum and as has been circulated in the news on some of the websites that due to so many errors by CIO/CIC staff in the processing of applications of October/and some of November applications there is tight review being done. But these news are only rumors but it might be true as well because CIO/CIC is not an audit free department. Even in one case CIO refunded back the amount to one of the candidate whose CC they charged. Because he was charged despite of incomplete documents.

But hope for good. I think that rest assured if your NOC was a cold NOC you will hear soon good news. Because auditing of work done by someone takes three times more time then doing the work in first instance.

No it will not make any difference, as far as you have applied for FSWP2014, then just CIO/CIC/VO will simply follow the MI(ministerial instructions) to anlyse your application irrespective of applicant is in Canada or outside Canada. Only thing that will matter will be points and fullfilling criteria set under MI/IRPA. That's it. No special treatment is given to candidates residing in Canada.

Hello!!

You seem very very informed, you are the prefect person to answer this question: do you think that what really makes fast the whole process is being a.. "steady" person, I mean if you have only lived in one country, with only one job for the last 10 years, no travels, never divorced, same address...?

An over-suspicious visa officer might think if this person hasn't changed address, job, or spouse for 10 years and never travelled abroad,

then this guy must have applied by mistake, he/she isn't going to leave home country ever!

I m joking for certain!

Yes, theoretically this should expedite processing

As today is sunday I think from tomorow onwards The CC and DD Charging of December applicants will speedup as DD transaction takes around 1-2 weeks (unless Swift Transfer (Wire Transfer)) DD charging Will less likely to be reflected in these posts. Also I have noticed in the spreadsheets that very much of the people have not updated their profiles as there are peoples with no response even when they have applied months before so no need to worry ." :D There is always Hope unless you are sent negative conformation mail (NER) "

Hahaha, +1 for a nice joke (if only you could tell me how to rank your posts, I'm a newbie)

Well my background is almost that boring, and Even though I was born and raised here, and I love Mexican food (hey who doesn't love this food) I am sure I would love to leave my country... In fact I am very surprised there are few Mexicans applying FSW!!!!!!

Here we can study English everywhere, since kindergarten (well only if you can afford it of course) Maybe few Mexicans cover all the requirements to apply as FSW.... I don't know but I can't wait to leave my country.

Hi ,hudsonbank we have create new whatssap group only for noc 2145 please contact with me at my number 00249915902255 and if you know any one who is noc 2145 applicat please add them in whatssap group .

If you mention about NOC 4011 file details, please also mention your educational background (Master or PhD). As someone mentioned in forum, cherry picking is possible in NOC 4011, which made Vinisha application successful (Of course, he/she deserves it since her/his qualification is perfect match for NOC 4011).
