Hello Everyone,

Hope everyone's excited about the Dec applicants being charged. My application was received on December 10, 2014. I have 69 points. NOC 1111. Can any of you tell me when can I expect my CC Charged please.

Guys! I am a December 15th applicant. Little help required!
1. I have just 67 points. Will it delay my application?
2. After DD charge, is the a possibility of NER? I mean shouldn't they check eligibility first, an then charge? ;D
3. I borrowed some money for my POF document. Then i returned them all. Now my bank account is empty. What is the chance that they will ask for POF again? I am thinking about opening a FD account for 6 months not to take the risk. Will 6 month be enough? ( Dont want 1 year as interest rate will be high!)..

2. After DD charge, is the a possibility of NER? I mean shouldn't they check eligibility first, an then charge? ;D Yes, there is a possibility of same. DD charge involve the document check for completeness, not validity and even not for point calculation.
3. I borrowed some money for my POF document. Then i returned them all. Now my bank account is empty. What is the chance that they will ask for POF again? I am thinking about opening a FD account for 6 months not to take the risk. Will 6 month be enough? ( Dont want 1 year as interest rate will be high!).. There is a chance to ask POF by your visa office. they might check how the POF earned. they might ask the account history too

Curious, what happens in such case where they ask for account history, and see that you have withdrawn the funds you used as POF, but when they asked for POF again, you had money there again?
Will they accept declarations that its not a borrowed money, but given to me by my mother, for example?

for POF... Bank Statement is not the ONLY mandatory requirement(even CIC does not mentioned the specific requirement of bank statement anywhere in the check list) .
Bank Balance certificate is sufficient for POF. Original BBC doc is the best option to send CIC, beside, Bank maintenance certificate(it shows acc opening history) can also be the supporting doc.

Further no one is authorized (individual/company/organizations etc ) to check the details of bank account without the account holder permission. It is an international law.
CIC does not has direct access to check our personal bank account.

Bank balance certificate only shows the last/current amount of your account. Bank statement is a detail statement shows all the amount transitions of the specific desired period.

Asking detail bank statement is the 2nd option, and it is very rare....
on a serious note.. 90% people send 6 months bank statement assuming it is the only mandatory document for POF.

I think you should expect charging within 4-5 Days time and most probably before the end of the week.
