DECEMBER 2014 FSW APPLICATION SUBMISSION

Dec 30th applicant here.

Just called CIC, was told a 'letter' was sent to us on the 6th March, last Friday. This concurs with what was previously reported about the cap being full and an application returned last Friday.

I am assuming this is our rejection. Sorry everyone but I really think the cap is full.

Devastated is the only word I can think of at the moment.

How is it possible???

If anyone has the official letter from CIC telling this, I will believe in it!

If we need to blade someone for injury, it's CIC for giving us different informations by phone. And not forumites for just repass their infos.

I am guessing overall, as mine was a cold NOC.
The agent could not tell me that it was specifically our app that had been returned, just that a 'letter' had gone out last Friday.

Why would they send a letter?...it has to be our app.

I just got my CC charged;

Time line:

Application received date: 29 December
CC charged: 9 march
NOC: 3112

So friends dont loose hope.

They got the pace..and again started charging after 10 days..

Is the file number generated by the local visa office or the CIC?

My app Date : 2014-12-16
App returned Date : 2015-02-27

The letter stated both the overall cap and sub-cap for 2172 too...

It is clearly mentioned in the letter sent to me that they have received 25,500 completed applications so far.

Here ceelogreen's app received on the 16/12/14 but was returned due to overall capping. But we all saw lots of charges after that even till 30/12/14. But we all know according to cic its supposed to be fifo regardless of noc and subcap. So that means cio didnt follow their policy which is a big deal. I have a request to the forum mates who's app reached to cio after the 16/12/14, got charged & received PER email. Would anyone be brave enough to share the email (of course after removing all the personal details). I heard the email contents the application received date. Then we can send ceelogreen's letter with it to the responsible department to show what really happend. What do you guys think?

Guys try to be Optimistic. Overall Cap Has 3000 Thousand empty Spot At Least.

Dont worry Guys he is spreading misinformation. Reason
1: If overall cap is reached than they use word MI.. Global cap has been reached not saying we have x number of completed applications. We have seen this trend for CEC. So it is not overall cap reached.
2. one or two people can lie but not so many who even received PER after this date despite been charged for people upto 29th.
3. So many of us spoke to CIC and nobody reported this apart from some lairs.

So friends dont panic no overall cap is reached game is still ON. Pray for every one to get positive answer.
