Both caps reached (2172 sub cap and Global Cap) CIC was able to accept apps received on or before 10-Dec-2014;after this subcap reached first for 2172; Mine was 16-DEC app received date ; got mine back from CIC on 27-Feb-2015 ; reason for return: Subcap reached for NOC 2172

2172 cap reached -- App received dts till 10-Dec-2014 were accepted. Also Global CAP reached I am 16-Dec applicant, got my app back from CIC on 27-feb, reason for my returned app - 2172 Subcap reached Hope this helps

it depends on how long you plan to stay out of India .. becoz u need to think about getting a PCC and Medicals and funds... etc The more you stay out of India u need to consider the additional time required for background checks in a foreign country and when you leave the foreign country after...

why dont you call CIC and get the information? If you are reluctant to accept the reality no matter even if CIC posts something u wont acknowledge...

To anyone who is scared of calling CIC and getting know the truth don't be commenting here about CAPs why becoz some of them had guts to call CIC and found the truth and some of them got the physical evidence so I will leave it up to you to decide on what to comment

I understand ur point but if the original message from CIC is scrambled how can it be possible for any of us to trying to find a meaning/information/conclusion/anything/whatever... In my rejection letter they mentioned they have mentioned clearly they received 25,500 completed applications...

If I were you I would be really relaxed ... ur app was charged (that's a really big deal for many of us who didn't make the CAP) and waiting for PER which is 99.99% imminent... chill out
