Stop whining. You are not the only one.December_Applicant said:How come mine has not changed to IP or transfer to local office. I got AOR second week of February. No absences outside Canada. All straight forward application.
Wait until he receives RQ with his "straight forward" application.puda said:Stop whining. You are not the only one.
I just got my AOR through mail. I had not received any further communication from CIC through electronic or regular mail.puda said:Has anybody here ever received a mail from CIC requesting information before the application got in process?
DenverCO just trying to understand why they told you 'They had not requested for any additional details as it has everything needed'.
I thought the same! The purpose of an emailing system is to save time, money and trees.puda said:Oh ok I thought they were not sending anything through mail anymore.

But they sent me a letter dated the same day asking for additional documents.
It was because I asked for a name change on my citizenship certificate, to reflect my married name

Carby,
Great your application is IP.
How did you find out they had sent you a letter for additional docs? By Email? Reg mail?
Did it says in the eCas?
Cheers,
SFD
