i sent all paystubs. ... just a matter of some extra printouts but no confusion then onward.

I only sent 2 most recent pay stubs as there is year to date salary/wage mentioned there.

Question number 5.

1. Work experience in Canada

They are asking 3 years work experience in Canada. I have 15 months work experience in Canada.
the rest in USA. Should I have to include the remaining months of 3 years in the list.
Or just the 15 months work experience of Canada.

2. with respect to date ( from and to date)

should I mention the TO date as the work visa expiry date or the day I am filling the application form.

yes it's acceptable. The pay stubs are just supporting documents (not mandatory).

Hey guys, I sent my application on Nov 29th, delivered to CIO, sydney on Dec 3rd, 2014.

I just realized that the generic application form ( IMM 0008 ) was updated on Nov 22, 2014. I had printed the form a few days prior to the update, signed the form on Nov 25, and sent it on Nov 29. I didn't realize that the form had been updated . I ended up sending the older version of the form?

What should I do now? Please advise. Do they normally return the application in such cases?

I have emailed the CIO and anxiously waiting for their reply.
