They start processing the application a few months later after sending out the study book. My mom took all of 9 months
before ECAS showed that they "started processing" her application.

No - there was no date for the start of processing yet.

First..move to BC. Second, call CIC and have address changed. They will provide you the exact procedure of how to go about it.

Hello everyone

My application received 16 Dec 13 and was returned back on Feb 1 for missing stamp at the back of my photo. I sent my application back and they got the application on Feb 5th.

Haven't heard anything back yet. Hope my application will not be returned back again for new fees or new application form? Pleas advise and share your thoughts
