He told me 2 stages of review and both stages clear and criminal check pass, so he advised me to wait until 28 November. If don't received anything contact him again

I am also December 2013 application still waiting for medical and today I did upfront e-medical and contact local MP about my status after long wait, he told me CIC doing final review and also told my criminal background check clear and I will expect something around 28 November. Try contact your local MP is better option.

How did you contact your MP?
Can they do anything before 13 months of processing time given by CIC

Whoever has contacted the MP please help few unfortunate applicants like myself who are still waiting for medical.

Can they do anything before 13 months of processing time given by CIC

You can contact them but I don't think so they would do any thing before 13 months. If you see something suspicious in your GCMS notes and you are not agree with their comment and want to give more explanation then certainly MP would help in that case.

Same here but yesterday I did Upfront E-MEDICAL. Follow this link put your POSTAL CODE AND YOU WILL SEE
