Guys Can you please someone let me know, currently how many days CIC is taking to send passport after PR visa stamping. I have sent my passport on 2nd Nov and I have to make my travel plan which is due in 1st week of December.

Standard time is 4 weeks. Currently some people are getting it back in as fast as 1 week, though its not across the board and I don't think it's a correct representation for the whole process in general. Some have send their passport on Mid Oct and have yet to receive it.

With that said, you should also plan to make alternative arrangement should you not get your passport back in time.

Did you asked about your eligibility check also to your MP?

He told me 2 stages of review and both stages clear and criminal check pass, so he advised me to wait until 28 November. If don't received anything contact him again

You can use above URL and then Type your postal code to find your MP.

I am also December 2013 application still waiting for medical and today I did upfront e-medical and contact local MP about my status after long wait, he told me CIC doing final review and also told my criminal background check clear and I will expect something around 28 November. Try contact your local MP is better option.

It is also possible to land first and then travel back to India without PR card and return using a travel document issued at Delhi. I am told that this is quite a routine procedure adopted by many and quite easy going way.
