What's really unfortunate is that you can get gcms once a month. If you are lucky enough, you can get gcms just in time to see a negative remark in gcms and be able to send updated reference letter etc. I really hope that we hear good news in the coming weeks.

Some folks from oct, nov got MR last couple of days. They are clearing backlogs.

Does this mean that we have to request for GCMS to know what is going on? wont CIC request us if they need details?

Cic may not ask for additional documents at all. They may reject the application based on the documented submitted at the time of application. Based on what I've seen many folks in the forum submitted updated reference letters after seeing the negative remark in the gcms. Cic never asked for the updated letter.

I requested on 12th Oct waiting for the GCMS to come

It will take a minimum of 30 days for ATIP officer to send the GCMS notes to the applicant. So you can expect your notes by Oct 15.

Negative.... I am getting "This webpage is not available" message for the above link as well.

Does this work only from within Canada? I am outside canada.

The link works fine from a canadian desktop (checked with my friend), looks like it doesnt work outside canada.

i am applying for bridge open work permit tomorrow. Can you pls confirm if i need a letter from employer showing my wages etc or AOR is sufficient? Any help is appreciated? pls advise if anything else is needed

only u need to have u r AOR, no need to have employer letter since u r going to get Open WP. Enclose a covering letter and also u r previous WP.
