CC-ing New Delhi wouldn't bother anything, would it?

Not at all. And you have to send the original PCC to CPP-O anyway, no chance to CC someone on that. 8)

Guys,

No new MRs this week? ???

Processing time should be updated before this month end (quarterly updates). I hope it comes down or stays 12 months.

For now I can't see an improvement in processing times and as the processing times posted on the CIC
website reflect past processing times from July 2013 - xxxxx there won't be an improvement, no - it should be more than 12 months,
since it takes about 20 days longer to get AOR these days compared to before June ( before the strke ).

People from October got MR this week

I can't seem to find the link to data.gc.ca that has the number of pr visas issued under each category during last 3 quarters.

Cic has a target for this year - Immigration target for 2013 - http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/media/notices/notice-levels2013.asp

Just want to compare actuals against targets.

For 2012: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/statistics/facts2012/permanent/03.asp
For 2013 YTD: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/statistics/data-release/2013-Q1/index.asp

Hope this helps.

2013 is only for first quarter I think
I haven't found anything for second quarter, or third :-(

Target is 156,600.

Data released / Date Modified:2013-06-27

So until 2013-06-27, 58,047 visas were issued. Close to 100,000 to be achieved in 5 months!

Can you post a link to where you got that information from???

I put the target from http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/media/notices/notice-levels2013.asp

Your link http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/statistics/data-release/2013-Q1/index.asp contains the year to date count 58047.

Your link http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/statistics/data-release/2013-Q1/index.asp was last modified on June 26th

I see, but my links only contain data from JAN-MAR, that's Q1, not Q2 or Q3?

See under Canada – Permanent and Temporary Residents, 2013 YTD column

I see, however below that it states:

Source: CIC, Research DataMart, 1st Quarter 2013

So even if the website has been updated in June it only displays data from Q1, if you ask me.

If I'm looking at the right tables, q1 and ytd #'s are exactly the same - which is highly unlikely. They would also list q2 and q3 if they are going to list q1

58,000 is in both q1 and ytd - that doesn't seem right

Correct, see my previous post. It's only data from the 1st quarter of 2013.
