Hi! Sorry if this sounds like a dumb question - can the bank statement be just printed out from the website or is it something you request at the bank?
Also what if we are unemployed while we land?
Thing is, i think that officer was wrong because there is, at no point, any requirement from CIC to present a bank statement for CEC landings.
If you do want to take one then printout should be fine
And there is definitely no requirement to be employed when you land :)

For sure do not follow the bellow advice.
You may end up returning empty handed from Border
Office clearly told me that i need your bank statement ( or pay slip) to complete landing.

Then he was wrong. Under the CEC class there is no such requirement. Bank statements are required
for FSW applicants, AFAIK. You also don't need to be employed as the CEC class is open to applicants outside
of Canada, who don't have to have a job in Canada.

I would suggest you to carry bank statement.
I think print out from website should be sufficient as well as long as it has your name.
I took the online statement i get from bank every month though.
People will give you all kind of advice that this is not required that is not required.( this is the comment from CBSA officer when i told him that people say bank statement is not required )
But if you do not like to come back empty handed from border keep the bank statement with you.
If they don't ask well and good but if they ask then you will be able to produce.

Also make sure you carry your current status Documents as well.

You go to border for landing and use you intelligence and rules. Don't ill advise others please.
If you are landing at Prescott you need bank statement i am not sure about other borders.

Please paste the rule book which has separate rules for CEC landing.
Lot of people do not go to US side to complete landing just take U turn before entering the bridge.
I had the same thought and just parked the car near border. CBSA officer came and told me what are you doing here? I said i want to land..He said go to US side and get the refusal.I said is it mandatory? he said yes.I told people say it is not mandatory and he said i do the landing and you are teaching me rules. So you dont have any option but to follow what they say
I asked the officer and he said you need to cross the border because if does not find paper in order he can refuse me entry as well.
It purely depends on officer and believe me they rude enough to not listen your rule book.

May I know when your ecas changed to medical received?

Once decision is made, I don't think there is any other steps involved with respect to security and criminality.

Don't know why it is taking time for them to send you CoPR.
ECAS updated for medicals received when it changed to Decision Made. That was November 8, 2013.

Seniors.... What is the purpose of Bio-Data request and in what stage do they ask? looks like one guy received Bio-Data request even before that person got MR.

lot of people get biodata request even before getting MR.
I got biodata request first followed by MR request next day.
I am not sure but probably they use this information for landing. I know my COPR had that information ( eye color and height).

A simple form where you provide your file number, names, height and eye color.

It usually comes with rprf email. If you already paid rprf upfront, bio data request comes with passport request.

I guess the purpose of this is to provide the info to cbsa so that they can identify you at the time of landing.

Thank you, so, this is normal to get bio-data request before MR....

Well, COPR arrived today in the mail. I'll look to do my landing on Monday on my way back into Canada from a trip to the States.

Sweet.

Application received 3 Dec 2012. Under a year, pretty good.

Hello December applicants,

I see ~20 folks with MR requested status in the tracker. Any updates from those who have completed medicals?

Thanks.

Me and my spouse are undergoing medical examinations tomorrow.
It is $250 per head. Very expensive and cannot be covered itseems with our plans.
I think the doctor is e-enabled.
Lets see how long does the process take from now.
