Yes I did it already.
Last week i already sent my application and other documents to my sponsor.
But This one IMM1344, i forgot to attach there.
I just want my sponsor to receive it immediately thats why i dont want send it through snail mail.

How did you send the rest of the application to your sponsor? You can send it the same way. If you make a new thread someone may be able to help more than me. I am not sure if it has to be original or if a scanned copy will be ok.

Make a thread and ask if a scanned copy is ok or not. Sorry I do not know for sure. I don't want to tell you something wrong. Everyone here is helpful and someone will reply.

My wife sent her passport to CIC Tel Aviv yesterday. When they return her passport with the visa do they also include the COPR with the passport or does she get the COPR at a later time?

Visa Office - Manila
December 13, 2012 - application received by CIC Misissauga
January 8, 2013 - receipt of AOR email
January 11, 2013 - sponsorship approval

Btw, I took the medical exam on November 29, 2012

I am hoping that I could land before September 12, 2013 so I could attend my husband's induction ceremony! Goodluck to all of us!

Quebec documents mailed 2/4/13

My wife sent her passport to CIC Tel Aviv yesterday. When they return her passport with the visa do they also include the COPR with the passport or does she get the COPR at a later time?

she will get both at the same time. Normally she will get a visa on her passport (unless she has an Israeli passport, in that case she doesn't need a visa as she can fly in as a tourist), and 2 copies of the COPR: one with a picture on it, and one without. The border officer will check the info when she lands, and make her sign ( don't sign anything before), and keep the COPR with the picture, so they can issue the PR card later on. Your wife will keep the second copy of COPR signed as a proof of her status, until she gets the PR card (for now, it takes somewhere between 45 to 55 days to receive the PR card).

Thanks Sweden I'll let her know not to sign anything until she lands. She has a Palestinian passport so she will need the visa.

glad to see that it is going quickly for you, the COPR comes with a set of instructions about what to do and not to do, so it should be all good! also - make sure she travels with her address in Canada as she will be asked for it when she lands - the border officer will note it down and the PR card will be sent there directly.

She won't be coming to Canada until July. I am going to the West Bank in June to have our wedding there and we will be coming back to Canada together. I'll be able to help her when she is with border officer.
It's going to be a lot of traveling for us since she can't enter into the Israeli side we have to travel by bus to Jordan and leave from there.
