Great news this morning ! I received confirmation that my wife's passport and visa is ready for pickup. Now the process is officially over.

She won't be coming to Canada until July. I am going to the West Bank in June to have our wedding there and we will be coming back to Canada together. I'll be able to help her when she is with border officer. It's going to be a lot of traveling for us since she can't enter into the Israeli side...

My wife sent her passport to CIC Tel Aviv yesterday. When they return her passport with the visa do they also include the COPR with the passport or does she get the COPR at a later time?

I received an email this morning from cic tel aviv and they told me the application is under review and no further documents are required. Very good news for me today!
