hello to everyone

I'm from Iran and my husband is sponsoring me,our file has reached Damascus since March and we have not heard from them at all, hence I don't have my file No., so anyways I did my medical exam over a year ago and I'm thinking of redoing it without them asking me , I'm curious if I need to have my file No. for redoing my medical exam?and if so how can I get it?
tnx a lot

Hi and welcome.
I redid my medical too. But my doctor did not ask me the file number and therefore i do not think redoing without file number cause a big problem. But firstly you can ask your doctor too.
But as A+M said you can send an email Damascus and ask them for your file number. Hope they will respond you soon in this issue. ;D

good morning Damascus :) we all are waiting .. come onnnn

They asked me to send my spouses ID card, which I already sent with the original application but not sure they are asking for it again. And they asked for a family list - I managed to get this but I'm hoping it's what they want.

Im looking forward to hear some good news from Damascus, perhaps a PPR :D

Hi guys
If we look to chart https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AtfQZUdQjnUFdFFhV01neVhWeUVKbmtfTHM3S1otUEE
We have got many people (about 6-7) that got passport request in January
Maybe embassy got new visa stock

GOOD LUCK

welcome WXYZ, my friends are right I think you should send them an email or call them asking for file number. because when the Dr. wanna send your medical's paper to Paris, I think they wanna now who are you, and which embassy they should contact.

Hello everyone, wish you all a happy new year full of pprs
My wife redid the medical exams here in Montreal and we sent the green sheet to the embassy.
They asked her to redo it last october but she couldnt because of the pregnancy.
I am wondering how long time it will take more and how could she get the visa without going to Damascus or beirut.
Thank you
Best luck to everyone

I asked your question in another thread relevant visa issuing and got this answer from LEON (a VIP member):
"You can send your passport by mail unless your country does not allow passports to be sent by mail. If you get your passport back with the PR visa, you still have to land and you can either do that by going to the US border and coming back to Canada or you can possibly land at an inland office."
Hope it helps you!

HI dear
me and you have extremely the same situation that send our documents,

i need some info on the medical exam: my friend here in Canada wants to sponsor his spouse however she is pregnant. if she goes to the DMP, is she able to get the x-ray exam?

lets say she's not able to get the x-ray just for argument sake, will she be able to do the physical testing (urine & blood) and have that sent to the Paris office, and once she gives birth, she can do the x-ray?
