Yes Siavash.. Vivi Jan is right. our lawyer received a letter from Damascus may 30 2011 asking for the final fee. We paid as soon as we received the letter on June 6 and CIC confirmed they notified Damascus of the payment on June 26 (took 3 weeks to process payment) our lawyer also told us this was the last step and we would hear PPR next..... that was almost 10 months ago! I was shocked when they sent the letter because we had only been in process for less than 2 mths! I was so naive to think we were one of the lucky ones to get PPR fast! Ha! I sincerely hope that your friend has better luck and will receive PPR very soon! It is a good sign that Ankara is workingsiavashf said:
