i think after waiting for more than 13 months it is you right to ask about your file. Maybe they consider maybe not but at least you have triyed.

Actually, Im Jordanian, I dont think the 8 months of waiting are for nothing, when we move to Beirut or Amman, we will not be at the end of the queue, I think we will take some place in the middle of the queue based on our waiting time.

If I were you, I will call no one, no MP no VO and no lowyer, non of them can do anything, and they dont know anything as well.

Relax, enjoy the life, at the end you will get what you want.

Dear Rowshan,
Welcome here. I think it means they recieved your package in April and and you got your first satge approval in May. Then Damascus recieved your file in June.

I am agree with RAH you have to count till June.

option c isnt a document which will cause your file to be sent back to you, its not a major document so no they wont send it back but it helps your case to send them option c

Yesterday I was talking to my friend who is from FIji and she is sponsering her husband from Fiji. Their Visa office is Australia. She told me 2 months after file was sent to Australia they contacted them and asked for Family Tree( Grandparents, Uncle and aunts information).
Has anyone here been asked for that. I was wondering if only VO in Australia asks for it. If I know that other VO are interested in Family tree, we can make it so it is ready once the ask
LOL. with my husband having 9 or10 uncles and aunts from each side it is gonna take a while to get all the info ;D

I have not heard it till now here in this thread but nowadays it is more common in foreign embassies. They want to know every thing about the appilcants. Also here when you apply for a ordinery visa some embassies asks for this kind of family information.
