As i said in another post, I'm in family category, we recived an email on June 15, 2011 said because the situation in syria our file transfered to ottawa to inniatiate the process. Today I checked my case online for the first time, my PR application status is "Application received" on July 4, 2011. what does it mean? working on our case hasn't started yet? anyone in the same condition? what can I do? contact a MP?

there are applicants who share the same time line as yours and also the same situation as yours. I mean their documents also stocked in Canada.

As i remember, LELO contacted already with her MP but still there is no news! Also there are other applicants who also have received notice that their file transferred to Damascus but then they have find out that their file never had been sent. So we share more or less similar situation.
