Ok , here is the news from ankara, they had 500 files before the closure of damascus , now they have 2600, average time for the 500 files is 3.5 months,
2100 files from syria..... 1.5 months to determine the status of the files... files over 12 months average processing 0.5 months, files < 12 months 1.5 months, Recipient consistency 80% ( they recieve files/emails and answer to them), protocol of response 50%(they might email you and say your file is here, they might not), Total average time before closure 3.9 months, after closure 7.5,
percentage of applicants = Azerbaijan 0.1 % Georgia 1 % Turkey 5 % Turkmenistan 1% Iran 79%
Total average delay = 4 weeks
I hope this helps my dear friends, i enclosed as much info as i could and let me be the first one to say HELLL YEAHHH it looks good
Hi dear,WXYZ said:tnx a lot for giving us the info.
I had a question, I was thinking about requesting a CAIPS, but the problem is that there is a representative form that I have to fill so that my husband can send the request on my behalf.(since I'm not in canada I cant request the CAIPS form on my own). now my question it that, is there a problem if I scan the form and send it to my husband?because when he prints the scan to sign it himself my signature will be printed,
thank for replying, I thought so...siavashf said:Hi dear,
Yesterday, I had a chat with my lawyer regarding caips, he recommended me to be patient and not to request caips since he believes that my time-line is very normal and caips is suitable when something extra ordinary is going on.
Yet if u prefer to go for a caips, u need to DHL it to ur hubby. They need ur original signature.
