Hi. Thanks raha. Ankara never contacted us before until yesterday that they called. But when in jan i called the cic they told me that my file is kept in canada. When I called at the end of march they said on march 2 my file was transfered to ankara.

Even if There is such a law. But our cases are different , we chose to stay in canada and wait for our spouses. If they forced us to stay in canada and not go there that was against law.
