Yeah they asked for that already and for military papers, as far as I know they have everything .
I do have a question, the tax returns are out now, should I submit the latest return to them?
They requested the docs in Aug 17 2010, we handed them in on Oct 7 2010

I have sent the Option C of tax return , letter of employment and pay stub along with my application at the first place , but Mississuga Case Processing Centre has returned those documents and said they don't need those documents.
If you have already submitted that document before I don't think that you have to send it agian.

yes , when I saw that they have returned those I also surprised but if you check the website, to sponsor your spouse you don't have to have/show income.

by the way, which bills ??

By the way in the questionnaire they only asked what was the last tax return you filed they don't request you to send it to them I believe. When they asked me for additional docs they didn't ask for it and no where in the application did I see it mentioned anywhere ?

Just wanted to update everyone that my wife FINALLY got her notificiation!!!! She has to go to Damascus soon and she will be given her visa!
Its been 9 months from the beginning, 8 months in Damascus but its finally done.
I wish you all the best and a speedy reunion with your spouses!
