OMG , that response is very rude. Peoples life is pending to those @$$ #*!$ to sit and do their job and not playing with our life and they come back and say No More Response.
If at the first place they respond correctly and give a time line , why we have to keep asking them about the status.
We are paying lots of tax and at the end what we get is this ???

I am really mad at them and please excuse my word guys.

I am still waiting and there is no news from the embassy. It takes around 8 months from starting Damascus process. Last month, I send an inquiry and the reply was the application is in queue for review. My medical will be expired 7 weeks later and I am going to send another inquiry two weeks before expiration. Hope everyone get their PP soon.

dont worry i sent them 2dyas ago an inquiry and they sent me as same as they told u
i became veryyyyyy sad too because i thibke it is very impolitely....

Hello all brothers and sisters,

Thanks for everyone here for updating their status and for asking where I have been
Congrats to everyone who has got passport request deep from my heart
In their last reply, they are asking for same info. most likely in the last mail my lawyer has send to them some info got lost somehow and they dont have it. agian i have to provide immiediately supportive documents before they make decision. medical will expire shortly and maybe I have to redo it.
I am in a shock and dont know what to do
meanwhile the best thing to do is to pray and provide all info in person if possible and soon I am planning to go to embassy inperson this time. wish me good luck. from what I read in different forums officers in damascus are kind of helpful when they see you are visiting from different country to inquire about status
in regard to their automatic reply may be they have no info to provide.

I applied for my husband in May 2009, got accepted in July 2009. Papers were sent to Syria in Aug 4 2009. We have asked them how is our status and just like all of you, I got no answers. I was have been thinking so many times of calling my MP but my husband and I decided to just like it ride and wait, well we are sick of waiting.

I just emailed my MP yesterday and my husband’s medical has expired now. (When we sent the package, we sent it complete so we had things done in advanced). Yesterday as well my husband went into the embassy and he was given once again no information what so ever.

When I got a response from my MP I will pass it on, Inshallah we will hear something soon.

Hi guys,
Yeah rola_2 your are right, I did apply in 2010 sorry for that mistake. I have been here in Kuwait with his family since Aug 2009, life here is a little different for a Portuguese raised girl and I don’t speak Arabic …lol
We did first apply from Canada back in late 2008 but he was refused and sent back to Syria in Mid 2009.

Thanks for noticing the date, when I wrote the post I did not see that mistake.
Well, I am still waiting to hear something from the MP..
