Damascus/Spousal since Jan 2010 or late 2009

Yes indeed he is doing a bad job, i am really well confused about all what he has done for my file, i sent him my papers on 10 January 2010, so it is 20 month ago, and until yesterday i told him to send me a copy of the acceptance that we received because he said that we are waiting for the CSQ, and instead he told me that my file has been sent to Damascus to be finalized, beleive me when i say that i do not know what is the truth between all these lies.
Some friends told me that we i shall receive the CSQ 3 weeks after the acceptance and now it is more than 3 months and still nothing, do you think the Canadian embassy in Damascus will send for me the Certificat de Selection?
As for the time, how long do you think i must wait for my file to be finalized in the embassy in Damascus?

I got the CSQ 3 weeks after my acceptance from canada ?? and they started processing my file in damascus 1 month and half after i sent my documents. and the CSQ is sent from montreal not from damascus... maybe you should call CIC call centre and verify with them how come you have not received it... in my opinion it was sent to your lawyer long time ago.... i applied in october 2011 and i got the csq in the begininig of december

on may i was asked for some docum
on July they told me that i have to translate and to bring copy pf Iraqi nternational certficate OR the disision will be made depending on the avialable papers ive submotted so far

so i provided the required paper but no answer till now ?????????

yes they asked me for additional documents in June
which we sent and still no response...

My wife has never been asked to provide any document since sent her application, even for medical examination!!
I'm really disappointed that we haven't heard yet!

No, she does not need to, as they will contact her and provide her with the required forms.

my husband's medical , geminibella's husband and missbou's all expired in august. and we all decided to re-do it without them asking. because if you wait. then maybe you'll wait 1 month for them to ask then one month for the results that's already 2 months. and anyway if you have your file number from damascus you can go see the doctor he will put your file number on the medical results . and everyone needs to have a valid medical before entering canada taht is what my MP told me. she says go ahead and redo it as they will ask for it soon, that's the information damascus provided to her

yeah thats the right information, eventually everyone has to redo it, im going to wait till october and then tell my wife to do it, i mean she can do it now but since they havent even started processing i dont want them to have 2 medicals lol

eventually everyone will be asked for RQ , i mean its just their way of wasting more time, the funny thing is before they used to ask for RQ right away, like within a couple of months after your file arrived in damascus, but now they wait like 6 7 8 months later , i dont get it
